IMS- 100: Introduction to the Incident Management System

The IMS-100 course is recommended for all emergency responders in Ontario. It is currently available as a downloadable reading package supported by an on-line exam offered through Ontario’s emergency management learning portal.

To take the IMS-100, please download the course materials. Once you have completed the course package, return to this page and register for the course. After registering, you will be able to take the on-line exam.

When you first access the emergency management learning portal, you will be asked to create an account. Your account information will be sent to the email address you provided.

Once you have an account, you can login and enrol in IMS-100 by browsing the course catalogue.
